Individual Counseling

Individual therapy is a private, one-on-one space where you and I can talk openly about what’s going on in your life. I aim to provide a supportive and inclusive environment while maintaining confidentiality. My sessions are designed to help you feel heard, understood, and supported.

In therapy, you will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, we are here for you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, sad, or simply looking to understand yourself better, Soft Landing Sunrise Counseling offers a place to work through challenges and build healthier ways of coping.

Family Counseling

Family therapy is a supportive space where families come together to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges as a team. Sessions focus on understanding family dynamics and helping each person feel heard, respected, and supported.

Family therapy can help families navigate conflict, life transitions, parenting challenges, behavioral concerns, stress, or emotional difficulties. Rather than placing blame on one person, the focus is on how everyone interacts and how those patterns can change in healthy ways.

We utilize this space to make sure everyone feels heard and validated in their feelings. It will be uncomfortable and frustrating at times, but I strive for vulnerability and neutrality in the sessions.
